ECB says Slovakia shouldn't add a right to use physical cash into its constitution.
There is similar proposal in Czech Republic and the proponents of it are often ridiculed as backwards or "chill, no one is going to take away your precious cash, boomer" or "or why would you need that, we should force every biz to accept cards, not cash".
In any case, this is a strong indication ECB is planning on cash phase-out, while Cristine is saying you shouldn't worry about physical cash with a big smile on her face.
