Bisq is an app you have to download and subsequently keep updated. Runs over Tor, but I used to get errors and timeouts all the time. For the amount I buy, under 1k, robosats works great. It’s just a website. Tor seems to work better for me with robosats. And it’s lightning, so the transaction hits your lightning wallet, the second they see confirm your payment.
