Dezh Relay Universe!

Thanks for your work, we need more dedicated relay like this! Especially for the small Nostr community.

Of course. You can open issues on github and ask for new DDSRs or features for existing ones. You can make PR and add new ones as well.

I'm just tried run chapar via `docker pull dezhtech/chapar`, but I got the error `chapar: file or directory not found` when run docker.
