I recently had success in convincing the elected representatives on the Missouri State House General Laws Committee to amend HB 1165. HB 1165 aimed to exclude Bitcoin as money while including CBDCs, however the amendments made, I am told, should alleviate those concerns.
With that recent success, I think the right move is to take advantage of the forward momentum and continue to push to establish Bitcoin rights for Missouri citizens.
