I think its good to seek / value healthy, quality food instead of mouth pleasure

Then not eating when options are limited becomes easier, I feel nourished and satiated from eating good food.

Though taste is not my highest priority, the higher quality, natural food always tastes best to me and it feels better.

In a pinch, if I'm hungry and options are limited and want/choose to eat lower quality food every once in a while, it's not a big deal, my digestive recovery is fast.

It's easy to feel the difference eating unhealthy / malnourishing food and it increases my appreciation of the higher quality food even more. #foodstr
