Xitter, Threads and the rest are for doomscrolling, where your emotions are controlled by the algorithm so that you keep engaging, buying stuff you don’t need and squandering your attention on rage-baiting insignificant posts.

I did it last year and it was great for me because it kind of forced me to explore the world of Nostr even more: I curated my feed (my follows are my algo), discovered new apps, and met new people that I now consider my Nostr tribe (they don’t know that).
