The channels, topics and so on are narrow corridors. I still await active users with diversity. The day we get a plethora of content I will be happy. Until I still wonder if social interaction is not nostr protocols strongest suite.
Oh I know what you mean. Yeah, it's probably not going to be exactly the apt medium for diverse conversationalists that you're hoping for, for a while. Have you tried finding new relays?
Yes! I have been on the hunt as well so if you find any interesting ones besides the “main” ones I would be down for a holler!

“Active users” spread across the same relays. The problem being that every relay has their active users and they are the ones mainly posting. You see this across a lot of them. What my main debacle im saying is ppl jump on nostr be active for a day then slowly fade out. I think this could be a problem across all social platforms. But nostr being a protocol it will grow vastly different. Twitter tik tok facebook and other algo platforms “for you” feeds are congested or the same active users or same content aswell. Fatigue happens fast well for me anyways. I notice a lot of users who aren’t just scrollers also fatigue out because they can’t reach their respect community groups fast enough or enough of them in a time frame to exert serotonin.
I avoid these feelings by being a shit poster and not investing any emotions in regards to talking to actual people.
I just am looking deeper to understand, human interaction means very little to me. I just like data, insights, and to breakdown what users do. That way I know how to interact with said platforms, get the most from it and find the niche things it has to offer via their users.

I like interacting with people, but i can take it or leave it.
