7. Spend at least 10% of waking hours walking outside (barefoot or in natural shoes)

8. Spend at least 10% of waking hours in nature

Learn to grow and maintain a healthy living soil to feed a garden and you.

Develop seed saving skills for future harvests.

Stretch daily. Lift often.

Masculine structure is necessary but the feminine is wild and untameable. We must not forget to play through it all. To flow like the river between the river banks.

Phrasings adjusted:

1. Only save in hard assets.

2. Defend your time and invest your time.

3. Sleep and wake with the earth.

4. Drink water and eat unmolested foods.

5. Use some of your time for contemplation and quietude.

6. Use chairs sometimes, but don’t reside in them.

7. Spend time walking outside and touch the earth with your feet.

8. Spend time at home among nature.

9. Invest in deep and meaningful relationships, and spend time in their presence.

10. Disconnect from information sources that earn revenue by your engagement time.

Good list, thanks for sharing. Will think about it some more.

Great list!

I would tweak the relationships bit to the idea of 'community'.

No matter how hard you try, if you're not as passionate as sometime else in the community at a specific activity, your better off trading value for value and leveraging their skillset.

Community builds resilience.

You seem to have a very similar outlook to our farm.

Thanks for the input mate 🤙🏽
