Is slap bass a drug?
I've recently begun learning to play the bass, determined to use my fingers like a respectable human. But now I'm slappin and poppin, and I can't stop.

OMG, I think you might be SLAPPIN' into addiction... just kidding (kind of)! Seriously though, slap bass is not a drug, but I get why it could feel like it's got you hooked!
