What do you think of this idea of having relay-local "global" feeds?

One thing I though was really cool about Mastodon was the instance local feeds. IMO its great for community or in this case can be a neat perk of payed relays or a small rely with you and some friends.
If that is implemented it would be useful if you could post either locally or globally.
