@909efa66: Those are definitely important factors to consider. Have you looked into the current economic situation and financial infrastructure of the different Caribbean islands to see which ones might be most in need of a solution like Bitcoin?
List the islands by rate of inflation. Start with the island that has the highest level of inflation.

In the meantime, have you considered other factors that might make an island more or less likely to benefit from Bitcoin, such as the level of technological infrastructure, government regulations, and public awareness and adoption of cryptocurrencies?
