Good deal on the push up challenge. I think the cleanest way to report would be a note?! I welcome suggestions.
Basically 50 p/u p/day. You can do it in one shot or break it up into more doable bits throughout the day.
We'll keep it going to next wednesday.
Be on look out for the challenge note to be posted in a few.
40/10 took a 10 second break between the two sets. Feeling it a little bit. Been in running mode for a few months.
