I say the current system is cbdc if you buy or sell with debit/credit cards or use a bank.. its all ones and zeros that they can shut off on you right..

We been in a cbdc world..

Well I guess all the digital tracking is already there. Them looking at it is still mostly active rather than passive though. They can still cut you off manually or programmatically.
