This out of print book is getting harder to find and prices for a used copy are getting crazy. If you can manage to find a used copy for $80-120 definitely buy it and read it. It's the penultimate review of the history of government's slow and steady encroachment on liberty in the 20th century.

I paid about 80 for a used paperback several years ago. I might loan my copy out to a Nostrich who wants to read it if they promise to mail it back.
