My late father always said that doing hard labor would get your mind off your troubles. So after my coffee a little while ago, I got my husband to help me pour this small section of concrete path. We used one of those plastic molds. We had some bags of concrete in the shop, and the mold, so we got to work. In about 40 minutes we got this section done, and tomorrow we'll finish the rest. Its the entrance to the chicken run, and it gets muddy after rain. My father was right, now I'm sweating, the endorphins kicked in, and my mood is better. #grownostr #hardwork #Father'sWisdom
