I’m scared cos my brothers not well but everything’s going to be alright cos that psychic feeling I get is telling me that everything is going to be alright. Everything will be fine. I am an incurable optimist and everything will be fine. Love is more powerful than anything in the world and I have an abundance of it for my brother. Of course, he doesn’t need it though cos he’s going to be absolutely fine. I wish I could tell him, but it’s so hard to say it out loud.

It's really hard to see our brother not well. allow yourself to feel whatever comes and let it pass. the same for your thoughts: observe them, let them be, but remember they are just thoughts. your intuition will keep flowing even if you are scared or anything. remember who your brother is.
