Commodities don’t have the same laws as securities, if it was a security it would be a conflict of interest.

You can legally promote a commodity without legal ramifications even if you are invested in it. Laws for commodities are not the same as securities and have different regulators. For instance SEC regulates securities and CME regulates commodities.

I see, Thanks for taking the time to explain ! I now understand why we say corn 🌽 for bitcoin 😂 both are commodities 😂
