Interestingly enough, that project was built using Verifiable Credentials and DIDs, and the credentials were transferred over offline QR Codes, largely on paper. It is more private and decentralized than Nostr because there is no relay to gather all the data and surveil people on.
If you don't like that project, you should not like Nostr as well.
I'm in nostr for freedom and censorship resistance.
I see it as essential, and once again, I thank you for your work on amethyst
I don't know where your worldview sits, but I guess you can and will build anything you like and I hope it will be towards making the world more free
At this stage, I'm not a fan of what the WHO is up to, nor covid certificates which are likely there in place to push us towards a less free society.
Every technology can be used for the good or the bad. Tech is not the problem. Politics is.
