I tried contact dance for the first time yesterday. Waaaay more fun than I expected and I'm sore all over today. 😂
Be always open to new (and often strange looking) experiences. You never know what you'll find.
I went to a biodanza class once, it was interesting. it's different, but it has similarities to contact dance.
