No. Just sun. It seems there is a direct connection. I've been testing all kinds of shit.

Before the sun wouldn't cause pain, it would just make me tired and unable to breathe and nauseous af.

Now it feels like every time I go out, even for a little bit, I at least get a mini flare up.

Which really sucks. I absolutely love going to the beach. It's just as good at night though... but I can't see in the water....

Food has no effect on it whatsoever.

Alcohol is another issue entirely.... it doesn't make things better... it just makes me not care. And if I keep going hard, I'll need new kidneys faster. Unfortunately a side effect of lupus is bad kidneys.

Fibromialgia and arthritis or deteriorating cartilage also comes with it.
