Because that word is cultural for North America. It would mean something else in Europe. Do you think black Europeans use that word in the same way Americans do?

If you'd have an anti woke epiphany in the US and go use that word because of freedom of speech you will likely end up in the hospital. If you do the same thing in Europe your punishment would be to be ridiculed and ignored.
