A question on the functionality: It works without internet, but only if enough people are around that also have bitchat installed right? And It used bluetooth to transmit the message from device to device.

I recently tried it when I was in Switzerland at a festival, but messages where not delivered across distance, only in close range. So I was wondering if I’m using it wrong
