unfortunately a marketplace is too geo-location specific for a system that is built with privacy in mind.
any non-geolocation specific marketplace runs into fulfillment issues.
do we really need commerce here? i say no. i don't want commerce in my feed. there's already stuff built for that.

NOSTR is such an amazing platform it is difficult to know what will be built, what will be successful and what emergent "aha" moment will come where someone builds something which could only have been built on NOSTR. The simplicity of the design of NOSTR combined with the complexity of social networks and micro-payments open up a world of possibilities. There are thousands of extremely talented creative programmers building tens of thousands of interesting hacks. It can't be guided or predicted! It will happen!
