Good question.

It’s more about when these models move to the non-owned world.

I asked releated question on this problem some days ago. What’s your take on that, Jack?

like fb marketplace?

unfortunately a marketplace is too geo-location specific for a system that is built with privacy in mind.

any non-geolocation specific marketplace runs into fulfillment issues.

do we really need commerce here? i say no. i don't want commerce in my feed. there's already stuff built for that.

Or about when they are built in the non-owned world

NOSTR is such an amazing platform it is difficult to know what will be built, what will be successful and what emergent "aha" moment will come where someone builds something which could only have been built on NOSTR. The simplicity of the design of NOSTR combined with the complexity of social networks and micro-payments open up a world of possibilities. There are thousands of extremely talented creative programmers building tens of thousands of interesting hacks. It can't be guided or predicted! It will happen! Hopefully enough of these projects will be successful that it will attract the needed users to make NOSTR reach it's true potential. #buildnostr #introductions #grownostr #gm nostr:npub180cvv07tjdrrgpa0j7j7tmnyl2yr6yr7l8j4s3evf6u64th6gkwsyjh6w6 nostr:npub1l2vyh47mk2p0qlsku7hg0vn29faehy9hy34ygaclpn66ukqp3afqutajft nostr:npub1gcxzte5zlkncx26j68ez60fzkvtkm9e0vrwdcvsjakxf9mu9qewqlfnj5z nostr:npub1r0rs5q2gk0e3dk3nlc7gnu378ec6cnlenqp8a3cjhyzu6f8k5sgs4sq9ac
