Nice! I also used it to make a list of 10 options each for breakfast, lunch, and dinner based on my dietary needs. I won't use it as gospel or medical direction, but the recipes were healthy and safe.

This is a great idea for those that are meal prepping and need general ideas. Also to help with people that have specific needs via allergies and such.
