Not sure If it's my 12th day or what. Lost count. But still. No caffeine, pop or coffee! Energy level is increasing by the moment and no more headaches. I feel it's time to move on to my next boss fight. Which is fast food. Had some McDonald's breakfast this morning. But starting tomorrow, I am completely eliminating fast food from my life! 🧡💜

This is the way. Most fast food is nasty.

Nearly hit McDonald’s myself this morning but co-op was open I’ve started taking modafinil for nightshift done my first 100mg last night! I feel like it saved my life last weekend 💀

Happy to read & kudos to you for keeping up the effort! From my own experience, I highly recommend reducing processed food to a minimum, replacing it with on organically grown vegetables and sprouts, and using a series of food supplements to achieve an optimal mix. Helped me clear my mind, be more fit overall and simply feel better.
