Nostr has a problem. Whilst the npubs are unique, the usernames are not. Who's going to bother to check the Derek Ross list to find the bonafide one? I had a good question too.

Yes, this is an issue that client apps can solve or help alleviate some pain points by showing which Derek Ross has the most followers or highest WoT score at the top of the search list. Having to go through 100 bots is a bad time.
