You don't use the Email, you send emails. You use the Nostr to post notes.

So we don‘t have to use the same terms for all protocols. I tweet and retweet on nostr.
Of course you don't "have to". You don't need to say "I use Thunderbird to send emails over the internet using SMTP".
You're free to say, for example: "I use the Email to tweet letters in internet" if you please.
