⚡️ Putin said that the attack on Dnipro was carried out by a hypersonic missile carried by an intercontinental ballistic missile. He also said that Russia now feels it has the right to directly attack the countries that are supplying weapons to Ukraine, namely the US, France, the UK, Germany, among others.
