Are you doing volcanoes or beach?
I highly recommend the Cardedue Residence if you’re doinf the Volcano lake near Santa Ana. Its a very small country so you can be at beach in 90 minutes so you can easily do both.

El tunco is much more touristy but still quaint. They’re only a few miles apart.
