I have some unexpected cash coming in via Christmas bonus.

Do I smash buy or wait for a little dip? My default is smash buy so if you feel strongly the other way, convince me :).

None of us know where the exchange rate will go short term.

We do, however, know where it's going long term.

I'd feel a little bad if it dumped right after I bought, but I'd be in panic mode if I was waiting and a run started.
