damus dev happens mostly over email:
Soon it will be over nostr. If noone else builds this i will. We will be build freedom tech with freedom tech. We don’t need them.

I'm working on it. Need more time.
There should be multiple clients like there are now with social clients. I am super picky about my dev tools, building one that fits my dev style is probably inevitable.
Out of curiosity what is the wishlist?
Is it a discussion space, task management, something else, all together?
highest priority for me is code review. So it would need to be an inbox-like client where I could review code and archive things im done with. Then a place for issues would be nice.
Link is dead. Pretty sure this bounty is unclaimed.

It seems too big, tho. Hopefully nostr:npub1sg6plzptd64u62a878hep2kev88swjh3tw00gjsfl8f237lmu63q0uf63m will break it up into chunks...?
nostr:npub1xtscya34g58tk0z605fvr788k263gsu6cy9x0mhnm87echrgufzsevkk5s, what are your technical requirements? 😅
I don’t want to use GitHub is my main requirement. I also want to replace async comms (email), i include code review as an async comm. If i can fix all of these issues at the same time that would be ideal.
Issue and project management is a bonus. I already have patch submission over nostr, i just need the supporting tools
Sounds interesting!
I understand replacing Github project management with something nostr-based, but what makes replacing email necessary? If the goal is reduce dependency on centralized platforms, wouldn’t self-hosting an email server with mailing lists also work for this purpose? Or perhaps something that connects emails to nostr and vice versa?
email is a pain in the ass to run a node
A decentralized GitHub over nostr would of course be the final nail in the coffin for copyrighted software, incl. open source licenses.
