So I was planning on using 2 clients, but I found out that the wallet is configured differently. So users only users on ine platform can zap you and not the others.

Primal was working great, but it doesn’t always let me upload video.

Nostur I found complicated BUT it works great for uploading video, it natively compresses the original no matter size which is better for quality and uploads it right away. BUT then it gives an error on the post that the video can’t load…. BUT on Primal that same post shows the video just fine!! If I were just using nostur I would have thought it never loaded.

So I’m using both, Nostur for only posting and Primal for browsing.

But I learned that users on one client can’t zap you on other that doesn’t have your wallet, Nostur doesn’t have my wallet I couldn’t set it up there, so I’m confused as to what is visible to whom. Oh, this is complicated!!

I had that same problem with video on nostur a while ago. As for zaps I think once you have a lightning address in your profile people will be able to zap it from anywhere.

I’m still testing, it’s not actually an issue for me because I want to use it for posting only (doesn’t really matter that it doesn’t load the video after) I can go to Primal after that.

But Im not sure if other peopl on nostur also can not see it. And they can’t see my wallet there.

Yeah that was the same problem I had. I just scrolled through all your vids on nostur and they all play fine. And your WoS lightning address shows up. I’d zap you but I gave away all my lightning sats! Good luck!
