There is many black middle eastern people. Many!!

Ask Egyptians, Arabians, and Syrians, if they're "black". 😂 Have fun, with that.
I understand what you're saying
I mean, while we're being completely politically incorrect, I'll just point out that black people whine to Europeans about racism because they're the only people who care to listen, and not because Europeans are inherently more-racist than anyone else.
The majority of Europeans are, in the meantime, almost debilitatingly anti-racist, to the point where their societies are losing cohesion and they're forgetting how to enforce property rights or care about their neighbors.
There's a global racial totem pole and people with Subsaharan African ancestry are at the very bottom. Nobody wants to be lumped-in with us because it sucks to be at the bottom.
Within a country, there's also a racial totem pole, with darker people generally closer to the bottom (although there are prominent exceptions, because of religious minorities and similar).
Don't expect people at the very bottom of the global totem pole to be happy getting co-opted to milk sympathy for someone higher up. You don't get to profit from being higher up 90% of the time and be racist as fuck all day, and then do a switcheroo, when life hands you lemons, and be like #metoo #BLM.
Nah.

I learned that first hand in Thailand about 20 years ago. My gf at that time was from Isan, the eastern provinces of Thailand. It's a very poor region with mostly farms and rice growers. Naturally their skin is darker than the skin of someone like from Bangkok because they're spending more time in the sun. Back then people would judge your richness on the tone of your skin because only poor people have to work in the sun. My gf was using whitening lotion like white people use oil to get a tan.
It's insane and confirms what you've said, racism among their own kind. Absurd!
Yeah, I went to high school in Texas and got stuck on the Puerto Rican side of the PR/Mexican divide. 🥴
