wow, new docker engine version broke everything.

it seems to be a new bug (20hrs old)

fix: apt-get install -y --allow-downgrades docker-ce=5:20.10.23~3-0~ubuntu-focal

We're back online. Really a shame that a Docker update destroyed the operation of containers.

But luckily found a quick fix. 🖖
