Thanks! Any idea where to find patches of land in the forest/beach to buy and build?
trying to find out myself, but it s kind a difficult coz there are so many opportunities and nice places. so far i like the area of Juayúa the most and the beaches of la libertad
I can imagine, Ruta de las Flores and La Libertad are the main places to go for tourist “at the moment”.
It would be interesting to explore the east.

i loved the golfo de fonseca, isla meanguera is stunning. espirito de la montaña/conchagua magic. nice beaches around tamarindo. area cuco also very nice, lovely beaches like las flores and punta mango nearby.
you ll find beautiful landscapes all over the country.
and there are some lovely towns like suchitoto, alegria, ataco aso.
my highlight is walking up the volcano izalco at 3.30 am to see the sunrise
