I have an extreme love/hate relationship with conferences, but it's really about what your expectations are, and why you are going.

You have the first timers, everything is new and amazing. But if you continue to visit, and don't have ongoing work, or people to meet who you need for your projects, you'll going to have a drop in the marginal utility.

If the conferences are getting boring for you - take on more work and then you have new use cases that will make them more worthwhile.

So much gets done in between the stalls. There's levels to this stuff!!
