Heaps of energy what?

When you cut carbs and enter ketosis you get insane amounts of both mental and physical energy. I'm pretty sure an untrained person could run a few kilometers without a problem in that state if we ignore possible damage of unprepared tendons.

No "normal" food will give you this. You have to do it yourself.
