Mmmm. I love lamb chops. For a long time, I only ate lamb in restaurants. For some reason, cooking lamb scared me, maybe because my Mom never cooked it. Now I've cooked lamb chops, lamb roasts, and leg of lamb. Yours look fantastic.

We haven't even begun to explore the more interesting ways to prepare the lamb, basically just cook it in the skillet, roast it, crock pot, or grill. All with simple basic seasoning and prep.

My leg of lamb, roasted in a cast iron dutch oven with a dry rub and a white wine cream sauce is amazing, but a lot of work, so I only do it on special occassions.

I accidentally found some marinated, lamb at Walmart that is grass fed and has only ingredients I would put on my food at home. I've cooked it on a George Foreman grill in less than 10 minutes and it was fantastic. I normally don't buy any meat from Walmart, but this was some good stuff and it was so fast for a night when I get home late but want to eat something good. It would probably be even better on the grill, but the whole point was to be fast and low effort.
