@hakuontherocks Psychology. Counseling. You get it from a psychologist. Talking through the issues itself helps a lot. Therapy includes techniques for managing sexual desires in a way that harms no one. Professionals have been studying how to do this for decades.

@hakuontherocks I love a nice evening around a camp fire. I think that fire is great. But if I suspect that my love of fire is going to cause me to burn up people and houses and destroy things, including my own life, I need a shrink to help me manage my desires. This example is pyromania.

@hakuontherocks It might be best to be discrete about the reasons for wanting to see a shrink. But once alone with your psychologist, they respect confidentiality, and it is much better to be completely honest with the guy.
