Delicate but needs to be done.. literally says goodnight and I can count 15-20 seconds she picks her phone up and is doom scrolling FB and Instagram... It's heart wrenching that she is poisoning herself!

Agreed, but because I’m also on my phone working on generating revenue from eyes open till shut I guess I am also guilty..

I don’t have meta platforms just Nostr and kindle..

I don't think you're to blame, but you should encourage them to come and use it and learn here at Nostr. I go through this too; I know how hard it is when someone is just an ordinary person... it hurts.
