It zaps them directly, I don’t think they have implemented splits yet. They are using a form of zap.stream. Maybe we can help them with that nostr:npub180cvv07tjdrrgpa0j7j7tmnyl2yr6yr7l8j4s3evf6u64th6gkwsyjh6w6 ?

It’s very much bootstrapped, we just either route the zaps direct to the artists wallet, or I have to forward the payments to the artists post show. Last night, I just zapped the artist the whole balance that hit tunestr. Not ideal setup. Splits would be awesome.
