Pumpkin seeds are a good source of Omega 3. Haven't tried sprouted.

If you bake them, it damages the omega 6/9s making them less helpful. Still a good source if minerals. Costco sells them raw/sprouted btw
Why Omega6? Omega 6 is pro-inflamatory, we usually get more than our fair share from grain oroducts (bread). I never understood why there's supplements for Omega 6 on the supermarket shelves...
Omega-3 is good, as it's anti-inflammatory.
I agree that we don’t need to be supplementing omega6/9 but i just meant I’d rather not them if they’re damaged. Omega 6s and 9s are delicate and are easily damaged by heat (and oxygen)
We’re better off eating less of that for sure.
