My thoughts on the state of the web 🤔

* web2 projects start grassroots, but rot within the walled garden

* web3 projects starts grassroots, but rots under highly centralized blockchains

* web4 ... (the second rule of the web is that we never talk about web4)

* web5 projects start grassroots, will remain grassroots and will flourish because you are finally in control of your own data
