I have been a good homemaker today.

- Dehydrating peaches, cherries & blueberries

- Seasoned the cast iron

- Stared making yogurt

- Processed the lettuce seeds

- Made fresh rice & beans for burrito bowls

- Cleaned the kitchen

And yesterday I re-assembled a woodworking bench that the neighbor left us when he is doing a big interstate move.

Feels good.

I tried making my own yogurt but it was so runny and mid. I gave it up. I'm on plain, no falvored, Greek. It's basically as thick as cottage cheese and amazing.

We strain ours to ensure it's not too runny. Do you know any tricks to get it to thicken up more?

Sadly no. :( we need to find a Greek yogurt maker on nostr.
