ITM! My name's Jeni and I'm on the hunt for a new career path. I have worked in restaurants for 15 years and been an asst. manager for 6. Currently searching with all the apps, but they seem to think I should stay in restaurants or that I'm under qualified for anything new.

Use terms like "warehouse" instead of refrigerator, crew schedule instead of wait staff schedule, etc. The bots are looking for specific keywords but you have a ton of skills that easily transfer to other industries.
