I developed and maintain two useful plugins for WordPress which are only $5 each. One is called Upvote Posts and it’s the only upvoting plugin I know of at this time with an adjustable trending algorithm and view. The other is for collectors and it’s aptly called, Collector. (wilcosky.com)
