Hurricane Electric, a Tier 1 ISP, is reportedly interfering with traffic to a site that violates its acceptable use policy, even though it has no direct relationship with the site. While the site in question may be despised, EFF believes that Hurricane Electric's interference is a dangerous step and sets a precedent for further #censorship.
