Interesting.

I think two additional metrics to grade should be adoption and adoption rates. Obviously the USD would score high on adoption but probably not so high on adoption rate and some countries are moving away from the USD. And of course the opposite is true for BTC.

I have no idea about Monero.

I believe that Monero will always have a lower adoption than BTC due to the repression of states and private institutions like Binance. But this will be because only the most advanced individuals will adopt the same to use an undetectable currency.
