Actually should have been lesson of the last 3+ decades of the internet.

I am curious, why are you saying that? Yes there are various reasons but what's yours?

Apparently some clients are leaking IPs and there are bots posting their user and IP loc. Nothing remotely surprising IMO but for people who are not familiar with it, they’re worried.
