I took my family to the beach and slipped off a piece of driftwood 3’ off the beach. Landed flat on my back and got the wind knocked out of me. Felt every vertebrae from the bottom of my shoulder blades to my neck pop and hit my head on a rock. Could have been much much worse. I don’t think anything is broken but I feel like I got hit by a car. I’m supposed to fly on Wednesday and wondering if I’m going to have to cancel the trip.

Going to fire up a red light treatment and spend the day in bed with Bitcoin podcasts. Any suggestions?
